The residence

Set behind a stone wall and a run of mature palms, The Palm Residence is arranged as three linked volumes that step gently down towards the garden. Deep overhangs shade the living spaces through the afternoon, while a full-height glazed spine draws the garden into the heart of the house.

Interiors are finished in lime plaster, honed travertine and warm iroko joinery — materials chosen to soften with time rather than date. The principal suite occupies the upper western volume, with a private terrace above the pool court.
