Founded in Lagos in 2014, Haven & Co. represents a small number of architecturally considered homes across West Africa, Europe and the Gulf.
Our standard
We began with a simple frustration: the best homes were being sold badly. Poor photography, vague descriptions and agents who had never walked the site. So we built the opposite.
Every property we represent is visited and researched before it is listed. We refuse instructions we can't stand behind, and we tell buyers when a house is wrong for them — even when it costs us the sale.
Today the team works across Lagos, Abuja, Accra, London, Dubai and Cape Town, with an advisory practice supporting private clients and boutique developers.
