The residence

Cut into a low cliff, the residence is organised as a series of terraces that follow the fall of the land. Every principal room faces the water, and the living level extends onto a shaded deck that runs the full width of the house.

Travertine, bronze and bleached oak carry through the interiors, keeping the focus on light, salt air and the long view west.
